The dancers will focus on the fundamentals of the ballet and tap style of dance and terminology. The Dancer will continue to learn and perfect the fundamental ballet and tap steps.

Youth Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combo (6-8yrs) 1 visit free

Jazz shoes, fitted pants or leggings, fitted top or leotard and hair pulled out of face.

The dancer will be introduced to the ballet, jazz and tap styles of danceand terminology. They will continue to learn and perfect the fundamentalsof ballet, jazz and tap steps. The class will include some conditioning and stretching exercises, developing core strength for a healthy and strong body.

Jazz I/II (8-18yrs) 1 visit free

For ages approximately 8 years old and up.

The dancers will focus on the fundamentals of the jazz style of dance and terminology. The class will include some conditioning and stretching exercises, developing core strength for a healthy and strong body.

Tumble Academy

Evaluation Hour Free

Define Yourself's evaluation classes are designed to evaluate each athlete with consistent skill evaluation (one coach to evaluate all athletes).

This will do two things; 1st empower the athlete by providing them with exactly what skills they need to move from lil rollers, kick it, flip it and up. 2nd, the evaluation will help our staff appropriately place your athlete with peers working similar skills, ultimately allowing for better class structure and skill development.

Evaluation classes are designed to welcome new clients as well as advance existing clients into higher level tumbling classes.

Lil Flippers (3-6YRS) 1 visit free

Age 3-6 years old

Class Apperal:
Form fitting clothing which will not go over head when going upside down, hair pulled back out of face and secure, no shoes, and no jewelry

Tumblers will work on developing Speed, Agility, Flexibility and Strength using fun games. Expanding body awareness through skill progression and circuit based class utilizing bars, beam, trampoline, mats and floor exercise.
Skills Focus: Forward & Backward Roll, Handstand, Cartwheel, Bridge, Splits, Plyometrics, Balance and memorization of skill progression

Kick It (6-18yrs) 1 visit free

Kick it: Beginning (6 - 18 yoa)

Increase body awareness, coordination through the use of tumbling skills and movement while increasing strength and flexibility. increasing proprioception, autonomy, single leg recruitment and balance.

Skill Focus: Working straddle forward rolls, backward roll to a pushup, handstands, cartwheels, backbends, round-offs, backbend kickovers, front limbers.

Tiny Novice is a division of cheerleading developed by USASF which builds confidence, allowing athletes ages 3-6 the opportunity to explore the sport and excel at their skill level.


This team meets one day per week for 1 hour and will perform at 4-5 events during the 2018-2019 season.

Fundamentals Cheerleading at Impact Cheer Elite is a great opportunity for families to get the feel of what Cheerleading is all about. Fundamentals will take your athlete from the foundations of Cheerleading all the way through to level 1 skills. Building confidence, cardiovascular training, team work and leadership skill along the way.


At Impact Cheer Elite the big difference between Fundamentals Cheerleading and our other teams is time commitment, financial commitment, and performances. Fundamentals is the same price as a tumbling or dance class, athletes are committed for 12 weeks (plus showcase), and class is only 1 day per week. Your athletes will be included in our tribe as a member of this amazing program while learning and having fun. $60 per month for 1 hour per week, or combine a tumbling class for 2 hours per week at $100 per month.
